【摘 要】本文主要分析了在医院的信息化建设中存在的人员及仪器管理存在不足、医院信息网络的安全隐患等两个主要问题，并提出了相应的完善对策。

 【Abstract】This paper mainly analyses the informationization of the hospital in existing in the construction of the personnel and equipment management inadequate, the hospital information network security hidden danger in the two main problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve.
