【摘 要】医院信息化对于医院适应我国医疗卫生体制改革、加强现代化管理具有重要的意义，本文探讨了我国医院信息化建设现状和存在的问题，以美国、英国、韩国为例，介绍了国外医院信息化成功的经验，并结合新医改、转化医学、医院集团化等医院发展背景，分析了我国医院信息化的发展趋势和走向。
