【摘要】目的：发现医院安全管理中面临的主要问题，以及将遇到的挑战，并提出相应的对策。方法：分析影响医院安全中的因素来进行分析。结果：从理念，管理，操作层面上采取相应对策，保证医院的安全工作良好运行。结论：医院安全工作必须从严管理，在管理中采用科学有效的管理模式。
