【摘 要】该文主要从中医院精神文化的凝炼、制度文化的建设、中医药学术文化与学术的传承、医院环境文化的建设四个方面论述了档案管理在其中的重要作用。说明了中医院文化建设中档案管理是不可或缺的，完善的档案管理对于中医院文化的传承、推动与建设都具有很重要的作用。
