【摘 要】本文结合山东省胸科医院病房楼的设计及改造施工实例，对传 染病医院的设计和改造施工进行探讨，并就在施工中遇到的设计难题、施工难点及采取的措施进行了讨论。

 引 言

 自从2003年春流行性非典型肺炎(SARS)爆发以来，山东省胸科医院作为收治患者的主要传染病医院，深感面对如此的流行性传染病，硬件条件捉襟见肘，软件存在技术难点，不能有效的控制传染源。基于这种情况，山东省调拨原武警医院旧址作为省胸科医院的新院区建设新址。为节省建设资金，院方采用了改造原1985年建成的病房楼并在其四周加建新建部分的形式 ......
