【摘 要】建筑结构是支撑和满足建筑空间环境及功能的力学体系，结构的设计随着科学技术及材料的发展而不断进步。文章介绍了结构专业在满足安全的基础上，怎样配合建筑及其他相关专业进行医院建筑方面的设计，。通过就分析医院建筑的设计自身功能的特点及难点进行分析、设计，阐述了结构的选型、抗震抗风参数的选取及设计中应注意的问题。
