【摘 要】医院后勤工作是整个医院工作的基础，不仅仅关系到医院的医疗、科研等工作的正常运转和健康发展，也关系到职工积极性的调动和医院的全局。目前，医院后勤管理还处于相对薄弱的状态，被重视的程度还不够。而作为一项复杂的系统工程的医院后勤管理来说，要怎么做好这项工作就成了一个关键性问题。
