【摘 要】 医院手术室净化空调设计，应导入新的观点，概况如下：手术室净化空调对手术室空气途径的感染控制有效且不可替代；一个净化空调系统所负担的手术室间数宜少不宜多；引入污染度概念，在降低手术室关键区域污染度的同时，减少高净化级别手术室的送风量；引入局部强化送风的概念，即采用置换气流送风吊顶，在手术室关键区域形成单向流型气流组织，降低手术室关键区域的空气污染度；新风系统采用独立的初、中效两级过滤；采用定风量阀，以保证室内的正压分布。采用以上新的设计观点设计的天津市某医院手术室净化空调系统于1999年底投入运行，效果良好。
