【摘 要】本文针对现阶段医院建设项目现状分析，结合自身在医院基建项目管理中的实际做法，简要阐述了医院建设工程业主的过程控制与管理的基本方法、主要工作内容、经验体会及具体措施，供业内同仁探讨。
