【摘 要】医疗服务是攸关人的生与死和家庭的悲欢，医务人员树立良好医德和诚实守信的品德更为重要。所以，医院诚信建设是医院的立院之本。目前医院在诚信建设方面存在一些问题，我们必须要深究构成诚信危机的根源，从而加强医院诚信建设的立法保障，加强医院诚信建设的管理和监督，加强诚信意识的培养和教育，加强组织领导，加强职工自律教育，加强了诚信建设必然会给医院带来效益。
