【摘 要】改变传统的人事档案管理工作方法，推进办公自动化、实现信息资源网络共享和知识管理。管理方式由静态管理转向全面动态管理，实现档案管理信息化，加强与人才服务机构之间的沟通，做好人事档案管理工作为领导的决策提供可靠的依据。
