【摘 要】医技楼作为医疗建筑的重要组成部分，其特殊的功能要求决定了其结构设计的特殊性，尤其对辐射污染的控制。文章着重阐述了医疗建筑设计中医技楼的防辐射结构设计要点，以及核医学科室防护体大体积混凝土施工技术措施。

 【Abstract】Medical building as an important part of medical architecture， the special functional requirements determine the particularity of the structure design， especially the radiation pollution control. This paper mainly expounds the design essentials of the anti radiation structure design of the traditional Chinese medicine， and the construction technology of large volume concrete in nuclear medicine department.
