【摘 要】处于新世纪初的中国医院建筑，正经历着经济体制，医学模式和技术革命三大变革。从大型集中转向小型分散，可能是21世纪医院发展的基本特点。笔者以设计实践中的一个中小型医院项目为例，探讨一下现代中小型医院整体布局设计的一些主要的特点和发展方向。

 【Abstract】At the beginning of the new century， the Chinese hospital building is undergoing three major changes in the economic system， the medical model and the technological revolution. Shift from large to small， may be the basic characteristics of the development of hospitals in twenty-first Century. In this paper， the author takes a small hospital project in design practice as an example， discusses some main characteristics and development direction of the overall layout design of modern middle and small hospitals.
