【摘 要】随着进入21世纪，中国信息技术的快速发展，贵港市人民医院2010年1月在信息化管理研讨会上明确制定医院信息化管理改革，进过2两年多时间，我院信息科在医院中发挥的作用日益突出.2013年，我院信息化管理系统已经成为现代医院运营过程中不可或缺的技术支持，分析医院信息化管理的作用，提出医院信息化管理系统的功能与特点，最后对医院信息管理系统进行功能设计。
