【摘 要】医院建筑属于人员密集型的公共民用建筑。由于行业特殊性，不同专业用房有不同的标准要求，个性化、特殊化需求多，平面功能布局复杂多变。如果规划设计不周全，施工过程中管理不细致，将导致在交付使用前，甚至使用中为弥补设计缺陷和施工缺失发生太多的变更而返工。不仅延误工期，还可能造成结构破坏，同时会增加建造成本，带来不必要的浪费和损失。
