【摘 要】随着健康中国战略发展，我国医院现代化的进程的推进，医疗机构的智慧建设在当前信息化及数字化飞速发展的时代成为客观需要。但是建设智慧医院不仅要加强硬件建设，还应加强软件上的智慧建设。患者作为医院的重要组成部分，其主观感受也应是医院管理中的一部分。因此，我们应提高医院现代化水平和管理水平及人文化。
