【摘 要】医院后勤服务是医院的支持保障系统，服务涉及面广，渗透到医疗活动的各个方面，因此，医院后勤服务行业也就成为此次医改受影响最深的医疗延伸行业之一。本文深入分析了新医改政策下医院后勤服务行业面临的挑战，指出医院后勤管理体制变革的迫切需要，并进一步探讨了医院后勤管理模式变革的突破点。
