【摘 要】医院的后勤工作是医院正常运行的基础和保障。随着医院现代化建设步伐加快，对后勤保障提出更高的要求。为适应新形势下医院发展的需要，提高后勤管理能力，树立后勤部门良好形象，加速后勤管理方面的改革势在必行。本文分析了医院后勤管理中存在的一些问题，提出了有效对策，为医院的后勤管理工作提供一点参考意见。
