【摘 要】医院后勤管理是医院管理的重要组成部分，在加强医院内涵建设，提升医院整體地位中发挥着重要作用。为此要管理好医院后勤，当好一名管理者，就必须具有“勤”、“学”、“深”的精神。“勤”即勤奋，不懒惰；“学”为学习，不但要学习书本理论，还要思考性的学习，到实践中去学习；“深”是深入到第一线，与群众同甘共苦，发现问题，分析问题，解决问题，求是。勤是基础，学是保证，深是提高。
