【摘 要】在市场经济条件下，面对卫生事业的改革，面对市场竞争的挑战与机遇，医院能否运用现代化的管理手段，提高生命力和竞争力，已是医院在市场竞争中成败的关键，而随着现代信息技术的发展，计算机在各个行业的推广应用，医疗行业引入计算机网络化管理已成为医院管理科学化、规范化的先决条件，因此，如何搞好医院信息系统建设，是提高医院管理水平的重要途径。
