【摘 要】作为医院重要组成部分的医院后勤部门，随着医疗体制的改革的不断深入，也在随着医院的改革和发展不断地改革、发展和壮大。由以往在医院改革和发展中的“忽略不计”，到如今的“半壁江山”，医院后勤部门越来越受到更为广泛的关注。本文作者就新形式下，医院后勤部门的特征以及管理、考核等进行了浅析，以有助于后勤部门在医院的快速发展中能够发挥更大的作用。
