【摘 要】为适应医疗服务市场的新环境，医院后勤保障实行经济核算，其方法和力度直接影响医院成本管理的成效。通过分析医院后勤服务范围、经济核算的必要性、经济核算管理存在的问题，探讨提高后勤服务的管理质量、实行后勤服务保障经济核算的方法，对于提高医院社会效益和经济效益具有重要意义。
