【摘 要】 医疗技术的进步越来越依赖医疗器械的进步是目前医学发展的显著特征，医疗器械临床使用的安全控制及检测评价是决定医疗质量安全不可忽视的重要因素。尤其是高风险医疗设备的管理。高风险医疗设备是植入人体或用于支持、维持生命或对人体具有潜在危险的医疗器械产品。我们发现高风险医疗器械使用质量管理上还存在不少隐患，亟待规范和完善。本文论述了在新医改环境下高风险医疗设备的使用现状以及管理。
