【摘 要】随着科学技术的发展和医疗卫生体制改革的深入，各医疗卫生单位信息化建设正经历了一个不断发展创新的过程，信息化建设投入大，效益有时候不好统计。本文从经济、技术、服务、成本控制等角度阐述了信息化上线后的效益分析以及对医院信息化建设思考。
