【摘 要】在医院信息化1.0时代，IT系统都是围绕应用构建的，一个业务系统通常要配置一套独立的硬件、软件，因此形成了大量信息孤岛。在医院信息化1.0时代，为PACS、RIS和HIS等业务系统提供支撑是医院信息化工作的核心。

 【Abstract】In the 1 era of hospital information， IT system is built around the application， a business system is usually to configure a set of independent hardware， software， and thus a large number of information isolated island. In the 1 era of hospital information， to provide support for PACS， RIS and HIS business system is the core of hospital information work.
