【摘要】 目的 了解固原市实施全民食盐加碘等综 合防治措施后人群碘营养状况，为碘缺乏病的防治提供依据。方法 在固 原市所辖的县区随机抽取3个县区进行儿童甲状腺肿大率、尿碘、不同层次 碘盐、不同人群健康知识等指标的现状调查。结果 6～10岁儿童甲状腺 肿大率由1998年的23.8%下降至2005年的6.2%，儿童尿碘合格率由44.4%上升至95.1%；居民 合格碘盐食用率由22.1%提高到96.3%；健康知识问卷小学生及格率为91.9%，家庭主妇 及格率为55.1%。结论 固原市碘缺乏病防治工作取得了明显成效，儿童 碘缺乏病状况已得到显著改善。
