  【摘要】 目的 了解山东大学在校学生住院疾病构成情况，为大学生健康促进工作提供依据。方法 按照国际疾病分类方法(ICD-9)，对山东大学2002年3月-2005年12月大学生住院疾病构成进行分类统计。结果 影响大学生身体健康的住院疾病主要为传染病、消化系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、泌尿系统疾病、外伤和五官科疾病，位于前3位的依次为消化系统疾病、传染病和呼吸系统疾病，分别占全部住院疾病的22.08%，17.06%和12.84%；因伤害住院的学生所占比例也较高。结论 应采取有效措施，在预防消化系统疾病、传染病、呼吸系统疾病的同时，加强对伤害的防范。

 Inpatients Disease Composition Among Students in Shandong University/XIE Ying-hui, QIU Li-ping. Hospital of Shandong University, Jinan(250100), China

 【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the disease composition of inpatients among college students, and to provide evidence for their health promotion. Methods Based on the method of international disease categorization(ICD-9), the disease of student inpatients had been classified and analyzed from March in 2002 to December in 2005. Results The main diseases in college students were infectious diseases, diseases of digestive system, diseases of respiratory diseases, diseases of genitourinary system, injury and diseases of five senses organ. The leading three diseases were digestive disease, infectious disease and respiratory disease, and the corresponding percentage was 22.08%, 17.06% and 12.84%. The percentage of accidental injury was rather high. Conclusion Effective measures should be taken to prevent diseases of digestive system, infectious diseases and diseases of respiratory.Meanwhile, improvement of safety consciousness and avoidance of accidental injuries are also important. ......
