【摘要】 目的 探讨医学新生的家庭环境状况与应对方式的关系，为高校新生心理健康教育提供依据。方法 运用家庭环境量表(FES-CV)和简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对医科大学新生655名进行调查。结果 家庭环境除了亲密度因子外，其余因子与常模差异均有统计学意义。家庭环境因素中亲密度、知识性、成功性和娱乐性对积极应对影响较大，而组织性、控制性和道德宗教对消极应对影响较明显。结论 家庭环境与子女的应对方式关系密切，应注意为子女创造良好的家庭环境，培养其积极的应对方式。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between family environment and coping style of medical freshmen, and to provide evidence for their mental health education. Methods By using Family Environment Scale (FES-CV) and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ), 655 freshen from medical college were investigated. Results The family environment of freshmen was significant different from Chinese norm except cohesion. Cohesion, intellectual-cultural orientation, achievement orientation and active-recreational orientation had a great influence on positive coping style. On the other hand, organization, control and moral-religious emphasis had significant influence on negative coping. ConclusionFor the great relationship between family environment and coping style of freshmen, sound family environment should be developed for them, so as to help them forming positive coping styles. ...... 第 1 2 页 下一页
