  【摘要】 目的 了解不同营养状况高一学生牙周患病情况,为防治中学生牙周疾病提供依据。方法 于2006年分层随机整群抽取北京市西城区3所中学高一学生(平均15岁)共计1 007人,对其牙周状况与营养状况进行调查。结果 男生超重肥胖率(30.09%)高于女生(18.18%),牙周患病率(61.50%)高于女生(34.95%);超重肥胖组牙周患病率男生(68.38%)和女生(46.00%)分别高于非超重肥胖组男生(58.54%)、女生(32.53%)。结论 中学生牙周患病情况与营养状况呈正相关。有效控制不良营养状态对早期预防中学生牙周患病有重要意义。

 Relationship Between Periodontal Status and Overweight and Fat Among Middle School Students/LI Jing. School Health Care Institute of Xicheng District in Beijing, Beijing(100037), China

 【Abstract】 Objective To find out the relationship between periodontal diseases and nutrition status among grade one students in senior high school, in order to provide bases for early treatment to periodontal disease. Methods A survey about periodontal and nutrition status was conducted to a random sampling of Grade One students in three middle schools (15 years old averagely), total 1 007 persons. Results The percentage of overweight boys was 30.09% which was higher than the percentage of overweight girls(18.18%). The percentage of periodontal diseases of boys(61.50%) was higher than that of the girls (34.95%);the percentage ofoverweight boys (68.38%) and the overweight girls (46.00%) was higher than the boys and the girls who had normal weight. Conclusion The incidence of periodontal diseases of middle school students shows positively relation to their nutrition status. Keeping the proper nutrition of middle school students has significant meaning to take advance precautions against periodontal diseases of middle school students. ......
