 ã€Abstract】 Objective To discuss the optimal indices for comparison among junior middle school students, and to provide reference for the test and analysis. Methods LogMAR vision data were collected from 4 833 eyes. The subjects were divided into 18 groups in accordance with regions, genders and grades. The rate of non-myopia(RNM), the arithmetic mean of vision(AMV) and the arithmetic mean of visual angle(AMVA) were calculated and statistically tested respectively. Results Only 9 groups had the similar P-values, while the two groups had the different P-values. Testing by RNM, there was one group with obviously higher P-value, two groups with slightly higher P-value and three groups with slightly lower P-values. To compare AMV with AMVA, 33.3% AMV and 61.1% had heterogeneity variance. Between AMV and AMVA, there were only ten groups which had the similar P-values. The P-values of AMV were tendentiously below the P-values of AMVA. Conclusion RNM is unreasonable for the comparison of the distance vision among groups, and AMV has higher statistical efficiency than AMVA.

 1 对象与方法

 1.1 对象 于2005年选å–大连市åˆä¸­ç”Ÿçš„4 833åªçœ¼ä½œä¸ºç ”究对象,为ä¿è¯èµ„æ–™çš„å¯æ¯”性[3-7],åˆ é™¤ç—…ç†æ€§è¿‘视,删除对象为å„年级组视力最差者(ç—…ç†æ€§è¿‘视眼å¯ç–‘者)[2,8],删除比例为1.5%。调查对象按地ç†çж况(城区:大连56中;éžæ²¿æµ·å†œæ‘:大连60中,大连58中;沿海农æ‘:大连63中,大连70中)ã€æ€§åˆ«(ç”·ã€å¥³)ã€å¹´çº§(åˆä¸€ã€åˆäºŒã€åˆä¸‰)3层分组,åˆè®¡åˆ†ä¸º18组。

 1.2 方法 采用对数视力表,执行标准为GB 11533-1989,采用5分记录法[3,9-10]。统计指标包括群体视力良好(正常)率(%)ã€å¹³å‡è§†åŠ›ã€å¹³å‡è§†è§’,具体比较的是P值大å°ã€æ–¹å·®é½æ€§ã€‚

 1.3 统计方法 使用EpiInfo 3.3.2统计软件。视力良好率按照计数资料统计,得出χ2值。平å‡è§†åŠ›ã€å¹³å‡è§†è§’按照计é‡èµ„料统计,å…ˆå‚ç…§Bartlett's检验,è‹¥P≥0.05,åˆ™ä¸ºæ–¹å·®é½æ€§,按照ANOVA检验,得出t值;è‹¥P2值。
