【摘要】 目的 探讨医学院校大专新生的心理健康状况,为提高大专生心理健康水平提供科学依据。方法 选取某医学专科院校新生3 372名,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行心理健康测试。结果 可能存在心理问题的学生检出率为38.91%,症状较明显的为3.02%。其中,强迫因子检出率最高,其次为人际关系敏感和抑郁。结论 医学大专新生心理健康状况不容忽视。应加强心理健康教育,提高医学大专生心理健康水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore mental health status of medical college freshmen and to provide evidence for mental health improvement. Methods Totally 3 372 students were chosen from a medical college and asked to complete SCL-90. Results The rate of the students who may have mental problems was 38.91% and 3.02% of the students had evident symptoms. The positive rate of compulsive was highest,then was personal sensitivity and depression.Conclusion The mental health status of college students should not be neglected. The medico's mental health education should be strengthened. ......
