ã€Abstract】 Objective To study the left-behind children's knowledge, attitude and practice among left-behind children of rural area in Guangdong, and to provide bases for the intervention measures. Methods A KAP questionnaire was conducted among pupils of three primary schools in Baitang town and two primary schools in Guangzhou. Results Statistical significant differences were found in the scores of nutritional knowledge,dietary attitude,dietary practice(F=102.99,42.63 and 146.86,P=0.00) among rural left-behind children,rural non-left-behind children and urban children. There were also statistical significant differences in total score of KAP among the three groups.Conclusion It is necessary to implement nutrition education to the left-behind children for their poor nutrition knowledge.
