ã€Abstract】 Objective To prove the mediating effect of achievement motivation between teacher expectations and remote association ability, and to provide reference for the psychological research. Methods With cluster random sampling method, 669 primary and secondary students were extracted in Wuhu City and Wuwei County and tested by using the questionnaire of teacher expectations, remote associational test. Results There were significant correlations among teacher expectations, students' achievement motivation and remote associational ability; the mediating effect of achievement motivation was significant. Conclusion Between teacher expectations and remote associational ability, achievement motivation has full mediating effect.
