[摘要] 目的 探讨在牙齿矫正过程引起牙釉质脱矿的原因以及预防措施。方法 收集该院2012年3月—2013年1月治疗的36例患者使用固定矫治器前后的牙釉质脱矿情况。结果 使用固定矫治器不注重口腔护理的患者牙釉质脱矿的发生率显著升高。结论 固定矫治器引起牙釉质脱矿在正畸治疗过程中是不容忽视的问题，加强口腔健康教育指导以及口腔卫生的护理对于正畸过程中保持牙齿的健康，降低牙釉质脱矿的发生是至关重要的。
