[摘要] 目的 对腘窝囊肿及腘窝处血管瘤的临床特点及高频超声特点进行总结分析，提高两者的诊断与鉴别诊断。方法 回顾性分析该院2008 年1月—2014 年1 月经高频超声检查， 住院诊断为“腘窝囊性包块”的患者60例声像图资料，并与手术病理结果进行对照分析。结果 60例患者中，超声诊断腘窝囊肿者57例；腘窝囊性包块考虑血管瘤者3例。经手术、术后病理结果证实，超声诊断腘窝囊性包块的准确率为100%。 结论 腘窝囊肿与腘窝处血管瘤，各有一定的临床表现及超声特点，掌握相关临床及超声特点可提高两者诊断及鉴别诊断。
