[摘要]目的 分析分析阴道镜与LEEP治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床有效性。方法 从2015年3—8月该院108例阴道镜患者中，整群选择48例经阴道镜活检病理检查诊断为宫颈癌前病变的入院者，给予阴道镜下LEEP手术治疗，分析其临床治疗效果。结果 阴道镜的活检结果和LEEP手术的病理组织诊断的总符合概率95.8%；采用LEEP刀治疗，3个月的随访的转阴率为93.75%，6个月转阴率100%。 结论 阴道镜与LEEP治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床效果显著。
