[摘要] 目的 分析胸腺肽联合参麦辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期的疗效及安全性。 方法 整群选取该院2014年1月—2015年6月收治的100例慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期患者，随机分为两组。常规组患者接受胸腺肽治疗，干预组患者在此基础上辅以参麦治疗。观察两组氧气分压、二氧化碳分压和肺功能。结果 治疗后所有患者氧气分压和二氧化碳分压均改善，且干预组改善水平显著优于常规组(P0.05)。 结论 胸腺肽联合参麦治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期效果确切。
