[摘要] 目的 对老年妇科患者手术麻醉方法进行分析。方法 整群选取2012年8月—2015年3月期间所收治60例行手术老年妇科疾病患者作为对象，随机分组。对照组应用布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉方案，实验组应用罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉方案。对比两组麻醉效果。结果 实验组麻醉总有效率为96.67%(29/30)，P>0.05。实验组心率、收缩压波动明显低于对照组，感觉、运动阻滞起效时间、恢复时间均明显短于对照组，P0.05.
