[摘要] 肝癌是一种常见的消化道恶性肿瘤，有着致死率高，恶化程度快的特征。早期对疑似肝癌患者血清中的肿瘤标记物检测，有着一定的现实意义存在。肿瘤标记物对于肝癌组织中的凋亡分子与免疫分子有一定的关系存在。结合实际情况，该综述首先研究了肝癌患者血清中肿瘤标志物含量检测方法，后对肿瘤标志物和肝癌组织中免疫分子和凋亡分子之间的关联性进行深入性探讨。
