[摘要] 目的 比较MRI与X线诊断急性化脓性骨髓炎的临床价值。 方法 随机选取该院自2013年4月—2015年4月收治的50例急性化脓性骨髓炎患者作为研究对象，均作MRI及X线平片检查，比较两种诊断方式的影像学特征，分析MRI与X线在急性化脓性骨髓炎患者临床诊断中的应用价值。结果 早期采取X线检查仅可显示患者软组织肿胀表现，未见骨质异常改变。而采用MRI检查，在发病早期即可显示骨髓异常信号及软组织肿胀特点，且IR序列显示结果更为清晰。 结论 在急性化脓性骨髓炎患者的早期诊断中，采用MRI诊断方案，组织分辨率高，有无创性优势，可清晰显示小四肢脓肿及骨质破坏表现，可为治疗方案的确立提供影像学指导，值得推广。

 [Abstract] Objective To compare the clinical value of MRI and X-ray in diagnosis of acute pyogenic osteomyelitis. Methods 50 patients with acute pyogenic osteomyelitis admitted into the hospital from April 2013 to April 2015 were selected as the research object. All of the chosen patients received both MRI and X-ray plain film examination.
