[摘要] 目的 研究采用修正性鼻内镜治疗复发性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。 方法 随机选取该院2009年10月—2013年12月收治的复发性鼻窦炎患者共100例，随机分为对照组(常规治疗)及观察组(修正性鼻内镜治疗)，对比窦口及窦腔粘膜改善情况差异性。结果 对照组治疗总有效率为86%，观察组达到100%，组间对比差异显著(χ2=5.15，P=0.029)。 结论 对复发性鼻窦炎采用修正性鼻内镜手术治疗效果显著，具有推广价值，现报道如下。
