[摘要] 同型半胱胺酸对于患有心、脑血管病疾病患者的治疗诊断具有极强的指导作用。大量参考文献研究表明同型半胱胺酸一致被认为是心脑、血管疾病的危险因子，因此在临床治疗上针对同型半胱氨酸的检验对于患者的疾病预测具有非常重大意义。该研究主要针对同型半胱氨酸的检测和临床应用情况进行综述，通过对研究文献资料综述为探讨同型半胱氨酸检测对于患者临床诊断价值。

 [Abstract] Homocysteine， which is considered as the risk factor of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in large number of literatures， can benefit to their diagnosis and treatment. Therefore its detection is of great significance for the disease forecasting. This paper reviews related literatures on homocysteine detection and its clinical application to explore its diagnostic value.
