[摘要] 目的 探析PFNA治疗不稳定性老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法 随机抽选该院2011年1月—2014年12月治疗的80例不稳定性老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者，分为两组：观察组与对照组，分别给予PFNA治疗与股骨近端解剖锁定钢板进行治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果 观察组患者的术中出血量、手术时间分别是(111±34)mL、(44±16)min，对照组分别是(261±34)mL、(76±24)min，差异性显著(P0.05)。观察组患者的Harris功能评价优良率是92.5%，对照组是82.5%，显著差异性(P>0.05)。 结论 PFNA治疗不稳定性老年股骨粗隆间骨折，能够提高患者骨折固定的稳定性，减轻患者受到的损伤。
