[摘要] 该文主要是对近年来针灸治疗周围性面瘫的诊疗情况作一综述。处方选穴以手足阳明经和面部穴位为主；治疗方法为以针刺为主和针刺结合其它疗法两大类；针灸治疗面瘫方法众多，经验丰富，疗效满意，是目前治疗面瘫公认的较有效的疗法之一。通过查阅大量相关文献，总结近年来针灸治疗周围性面瘫的各种有效治疗方法，以更好地为临床患者服务。
