当前位置: 首页 期刊 《中外医疗》 201518 编号：13640484 Uf1000i红细胞检测在肾内科的应用价值(1) http://www.100md.com 2015年6月25日 《中外医疗》 201518 Uf1000i红细胞检测在肾内科的应用价值,全自动尿沉渣分析仪,显微镜,红细胞形态   [摘要] 目的 对比全自动尿沉渣分析法和显微镜法判断血尿来源的准确性，为临床提供数据资料。方法 随机从2012年1月—2014年1月肾内科病房尿标本中抽取300份尿液标本，分别进行全自动尿沉渣分析仪和显微镜有形成分检测，并对结果给予分析。 结果 显微镜法的敏感性为85.0%，特异性为75.0%，uf1000i分析法的敏感性为92.0%，特异性为83.0%，2种方法检测结果的差异有统计学意义。结论 uf1000i在肾小球性和非肾小球性血尿的鉴别中具有高敏感性和高特异性，能为肾内科大夫对肾病的判断提供有价值的参考。

 [Abstract] Objective To compare the accuracy of automatic urinary sediment analyzer and microscope in identifying the source of hematuria and provide data for clinical research. Methods 300 urine specimens were randomly selected from the nephrolgy ward from January 2012 to January 2014 and received detection by automatic urinary sediment analyzer and by microscope respectively for the tangible composition.
