[摘要] 目的 研究急性加重期慢性肺心病患者施行ICU护理干预的效果。方法 选择2013年6月—2014年5月期间该院收治的160例慢性肺心病患者，按照入院顺序将患者分为观察组(80例)和对照组(80例)。对所有患者均实施常规护理的方法，观察组患者在此基础上实施加强护理。对比观察两组患者的死亡率情况。结果 观察组患者的死亡率(8.75%)明显低于对照组(22.5%)，两组间的比较差异具有统计学意义。结论 对急性加重期慢性肺心病患者施行ICU护理干预，能够有效的降低患者的死亡率，其疗效较好，值得广泛推广使用。
