[摘要] 目的 分析重症手足口病的临床与胸部X线影像相关性。方法 对42例重症手足口病病例的临床表现及X线胸片进行回顾性研究，采用SPSS13.0版本对数据进行统计分析。结果 重症手足口病的发病年龄与其临床表现轻重无相关性，胸部X线表现斑片影广泛，双肺透亮度减低的患者其临床表现较重，治疗效果较差。结论 手足口病的胸部影像学表现多样，无特异性；对病情突然变化的患者及时行胸部X线检查，动态观察影像学变化有利于了解病情变化及观察疗效，对临床诊疗具有重要的指导作用。

 [Abstract] Objective To analyze the relation of the chest X-ray features and clinical manifestation of severe Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease. Methods Chest films and clinical data of 41 children patients with HFMD were retrospectively analyzed.Results There was no statistically correlation between age and clinical manifestation of severe HFMD. More extensive of patchy shadows and decreased translucency of lung field were observed in severe clinical manifestation frequently in which treaments were less effective. Conclusion HFMD has various chest radiological patterms. It is necessary to take chest radiological films when clinical manifestation are suddenly changed.
