[摘要] 经皮椎体成形术是治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折中有效、安全的微创治疗手段，目前经皮穿刺椎体成形术(PVP)和经皮后凸椎体成形术(PKP)临床应用较多。该研究就PVP和PKP治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折作一简要综述。
