[摘要] 目的 探讨无锡地区肺癌患者中ALK融合基因阳性率。方法 整群选取并回顾性分析2014年9月—2016年7月间该院收治的129例肺癌患者的临床病理资料及Fish检测报告。 结果 有6例患者ALK融合基因阳性，且均为腺癌，阳性率为4.65%(6/129)，其中男性4例，女性2例，女性患者在ALK阳性中所占比例为33.3%，临床分期包括II～IV期。结论 该院ALK检测阳性率与国内外报道的阳性率基本一致，对指导肺癌靶向治疗，具有重要意义。
