[摘要] 目的 总结与讨论带线骨锚方法修复关节周围肌腱韧带损伤的效果。 方法 应用带线骨锚固定修复术治疗该院于2010年4月—2014年4月收治的41例关节周围肌腱韧带撕裂患者。 结果 41例均获随访，时间4～40个月，平均16.5个月。术后患者治疗优良率为97.56%(40/41)，发生1例(2.44%)并发症。 结论 该方法创伤小，操作简单快捷，手术时间短，可达到原解剖位置修复肌腱韧带，固定牢靠，抗牵拉强度高，外固定时间缩短，康复迅速。不足之处为骨锚将永久留存体内。
